This is a video-led role for a talented, creative shooter who can capture high-quality content and produce purposeful media for schools, colleges, trusts and education organisations across the UK.
We’re looking for someone with a strong visual eye, confident camera skills and the ability to make good creative decisions on location. Your showreel should demonstrate polished video work, strong composition, visual storytelling and the ability to capture people, places and moments in a professional way.
You will be supported through a structured induction into our shooting style, school environments, equipment and production workflows. New team members begin by shadowing experienced team members, before taking on solo captures when ready.
We provide all production kit, including camera, audio, lighting and editing equipment.
UK travel is a regular part of the role. You may be on location around three days per week, rising during busier periods of the academic year and reducing during quieter ones, such as school holidays. Overnight stays are part of the role, typically a few times per month depending on project schedules.
Most of all, we are looking for someone who is warm, confident and professional on location - with the ability to put people at ease, direct contributors when needed and represent the agency well in fast-paced environments.
