Position Overview

As a Mid-weight Designer at Engaging Education, you will work, and lead on a wide variety of visual communication material, from brand identity and print materials to digital/web design and large-scale interior projects. You will be given a high level of ownership, enabling you to utilise and build on your creative talents.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with Projects and Partnership Managers (and communicate directly with clients where appropriate) to understand and deliver project and client needs.
• Work with other team members to develop concepts and ideas.
• Deliver exciting and engaging design solutions with a high level of quality and attention to detail.
• Contribute new design ideas to add to the service of Engaging Education.
• Articulate design decisions well and offer constructive feedback for other creatives in the team.
• Manage time and multiple projects effectively within your schedule.
• Offer positive support and guidance for Junior Designers.
• Consistently demonstrate the Engaging Education values both internally and externally.
• Ensure high levels of communication across all internal and external networks.
